Head Mesh destroyed?

I have a Headmesh problem.. look at the example screenshots, maybe anyone can help me?

There's nothing wrong with the head mesh. It's the hair meshes that aren't conformulated to fit it.

It can be a long process depending on how many hair meshes you need to 'fix'.
