Game crashes after saving

Hello everyone, I'll try to be as detailed as possible. I haven't been able to play Fallout 3 for a few days trying to correct this issue.

I have FOSE, FMM, FO3Edit, and BOSS GUI

 

Whenever adding a new mod (which I always choose to install manually), I go through the usual process of activating it on FMM, deleting my old merged patch, running BOSS, going to FO3Edit and making a new merged patch. Lately, I've been getting an error code at the bottom of my right list after making one, listed as [080044F3] < Error: Could not be resolved >

Normally I've ignored it, and it hasn't affected my game too much. I noticed that my game was prone to crashing a little north of the Big Town area, between German Town Police HQ and the Hollowed Cemetery area. Not too big a deal for me.

 

However, after installing my two latest mods (Dogmeat Leather Armor) and (Unique Dogmeat), I started having crashes attempting to save manually, or when CASM (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/3729/?) tries to save automatically. Obviously, not being able to save while crashing is a big issue now. After looking up some guides on how to use FO3Edit to correct errors, I found that none of the ones I could find have offered specific instructions on how to fix errors. Something is now conflicting within my mods, I figure, so badly that I can't save my progress. The most I felt comfortable doing was changing the Dogmeat Leather Armor mod to an ESM file, thinking it was being overriden by another mod or causing it to crash. Hasn't helped, but I haven't decided to change it back to a regular ESP yet.

I have quite a bit of mods installed, but load order hasn't been a problem for me because because BOSS does that for me (although I will note that out of my 106 mods or so, 40 of them are unrecognized, so it just places them at the bottom of the load order).

I've given as much information I think I can. I'll provide more for any specific questions. If anyone is willing to help, it would be greatly appreciated. I just want to, well, hah.....keep playing.
