Is LIVE crashing my game?

I'v never had issues running this game in the past but recently after reinstalling the game for another play through i'm having major CTD issues. I've updated video drivers, i'm patched to the latest, i have Broken Steel/Point Lookout DLC's installed and a few mods...but i've tried disabling all the mods and it still crashes. In the System Events list it shows XLive as the recent Warning when the game crashes....what's going on here? How do i fix this? I can only play for about 30 seconds or so before it crashes. I'm on XP Pro.

Well, i uninstalled and reinstalled and instead of doing the latest patch i installed the version that comes on the Broken Steel/Point Outlook disk which i think is the patch before the last one, and i reinstalled all the same mods and so far i haven't had a crash.

 

What did they do to LIVE in the last patch? I've never had to use the disable LIVE mod so it has to be something with the last patch. I'm not on an illegal copy or anything like that.

Well the patch wasn't the issue...still crashing. I also tried the Disable Windows Live mod and that didn't fix it either. Now i'm double checking my video drivers. Otherwise i'm clueless. It crashes with no mods installed too.
