Exploding limbs knock-back character?

I started using unarmed weapons on New Vegas and whenever it would explode a head, or a limb of any enemy, it would send my character flying back onto his arse... i'm not sure if it is the game doing this or a mod. The unarmed weapon i use is the deathclaw spiked knuckles from this mod: http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36637

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am almost positive that it isnt the game, since that mod is (i think) based on regular spiked knuckles.

Hmm, I was unaware that my mod did this.
