Ability points?

So im looking for a mod that has the same leveling system, but just gives you 10 ability point on level-up. does this exist? if not, could someone make it?

I've never seen one, but it's really easy to make. Open the Construction Set, go to Gameplay>Settings and give the following settings a value of 10:

 

iLevelUp01Mult

iLevelUp02Mult

iLevelUp03Mult

iLevelUp04Mult

iLevelUp05Mult

iLevelUp06Mult

iLevelUp07Mult

iLevelUp08Mult

iLevelUp09Mult

iLevelUp10Mult

 

That will get you +10 in everything when you level up.

I meant like ten total points you could spend. like you could put 5 into str, 3 into int, and 2 into endr, or whatever other commbination of 10 points.

Oh, okay. In that case, just change the value of those settings to 1 and that should do it.
