Most of the mod added weapons are purple

Most of the weapons in game are purple mostly they are from the RealSword mod, but arma complete works well

I remember that i placed the folders to right places

You likely need Archive Invalidation.

Well... Yeah...Umm now i have a even stranger problem, ALL the vanilla gloves are BLACK aka missing a texture.

The same advice still applies regardless of what color the missing texture is. This information is in the first link I posted previously.

 

The only other possibility for weird issues happening is dependent upon your Operating System and your installation location. If you are using Vista or Windows 7 it's highly recommended to install Oblivion outside of Program Files so UAC does not interfere. A location such as C:\Games\Oblivion will suffice. Or you can turn off UAC but I do not advise you do this. It's much better to take the small amount of time to reinstall a game rather than risk letting other malicious programs invade your PC and go through the hassle of removing them.

 

I recommend you follow Bben's Install Procedure if you need to reinstall.
