Duplicate Yes Man and Doc Michell

After having installed a lot of mods and ensuring that they work together, most of them do. However there seems to be something creating 2 Yes Man, and Doc Michell for some reason.
I've tried isolating mods to find which one it is, but have had no luck so far, as I think my save game has already spawned them and will not be reversing it. Here are the mods I'm using right now while the duplicates are active:

I am using Mod Organizer by the way if that happens to be an issue with it.
