tayley Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 I've been making my own hair mesh just as a test to learn how to actually use nifskope etc and I've run into this problem.I've got the model working, and the hair points to the right texture both in geck and in nifskope but the results are wildly different, as seen in the following image:http://puu.sh/gkjNH/6d73c6c253.jpg what could be causing this? nivea Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 Open up a vanilla hair in nifskope and compare the Shader Flags found in the BSShaderPPLightingProperty, also make sure all the NiTriShapeData is correct (Vertex Colors, ect). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

tayley Posted March 3, 2015 Author Share Posted March 3, 2015 in the showracemenu, the texture shows up when you view it at certain angles, but most of the time and all the time ingame it's a solid pink like that. the alpha map is defintely working, but the texture doesn't seem to be.
