NPC Problem with dialogues

Hello everyone, I have problem with NPCs.

 

When I'm talking to them, dialogue speed is normal but they mounth is 'moving' faster and stops 2 seconds before dialogue end.

How I can fix that bug?

I'm using several mods, maybe some of them are causing this? Here's the list:
