Primm Road Deleted

Got a fresh re-install of New Vegas and installed a hefty amount of mods to start a new game with. Was playing for a good two hours with no problems until I reached Primm and found out part of the highway that goes under the underpass had been deleted. This was on a brand new clean save, so there's no way it could've been disabled with console, and I started another new game to see if it was just a one off thing, and sure enough the road was deleted on that save as well. I've used FNVEdit to clean all of my masters, mods included, and will include my load order in a spoiler below. If anyone has any experience with this problem and knows which mod(s) cause it and how to remedy the problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

Should've looked more thoroughly beforehand; appears the bug was a conflict between NVEC and YUP's Patch, disabled NVEC and the bug has been fixed.

 

NVEC Fixes is probably not compatible with YUP, use just YUP.
