Problem with start any mod

I wanted to play some New Vegas and this is the first time I using the Mod Organizer for it but I have some issue starting the game with mods.

When I start NVSE or FNV4GB from Mod organizer it doesn’t start the game directly but load the FNV game launcher instead. If I start the game the game launcher it won’t load any mod. No matter what I do it will always start the Launcher from the Mod Organizer. But telling the truth if I start NVSE or 4gb from outside MO it will still start the launcher.

Maybe it is something trivial what I am overlooking here but google search didn’t help me.
