By batches I assume you mean several BEGIN and ENDs in one script? If so then yes, they work :)

I mean the batches which can be made atleast on a .txt file like this:

 

setav strength 10

setav perception 10

setav endurance 10

setav charisma 10

setav intelligence 10

setav agility 10

setav luck 10

 

Or something similar in text file, they are activated like this:

bat (File's name).

Yep you can add batches, but there's no command that I know of that will affect all of the modifiers in one command, you just have to change them seperately :)
