Dynamic Loading Screens

So, every save game file has a screenshot associated with it that you see when you mouse over in game.

 

I was thinking of somehow making a mod that would make that screenshot the loadscreen. This would be a cool effect, as you would see where you left off as you are loading, and then the loadbar goes away and you can play away. No dull repeated sets of premade loading screens.

 

Any ideas of how to make this happen? I'm somewhat new to modding, and it seems like a more abstract "outside the TES4Edit" mod.
