Is there a mod that improves inventory management?

Like picking up an item that you want to sell so you put it in your "to sell" bag and when you come to a merchant you sell all that stuff..

Or directly selling from your companion inventory or ordering companion to sell his loot?

Or basically anything that makes it easier..

I've seen mods that add tags to the name of every item in the game, like "[W] 10mm Pistol" so that they sort by type in your inventory menus, but they are too immersion-breaking for my taste.
