FluidFire
OK, so I have a big head problem. In the game, any headwear or hair appears somewhat too low, making hair poke out the hat, or making everyone with hair look half bald like some bad kung fu movie. This happens on a clean install on my laptop with no mods or replacers loaded. It's very distracting. Even when creating a new PC, in the facial editor, the hair is out of whack like the head is being rendered too big. Any ideas? Do I just have an egotistic video card that likes big heads? It's a 9800GTS chipset. Still can't get the game to even start on my normal PC running a 460GTX on Win7 x64.
FluidFire
It appears this glitch seems directly related to unpacking the BSA's. Anyone got any idea how to fix this? I keep three data directories and while I can swap them out, it's a pain to do since I typically drop out of a game to GECK to make bugfixes to my mod, and the extra steps of swapping out data dirs would be a problem. I run data-clean (unpacked version with just my Reload mod installed for testing), data-mod (unclean, unpacked install with all my custom stuff, the "work" build), and data-backup (original unpacked data). If there's an easy fix for the models (such as deleting one specific directory to force it to use the original BSA content), I'll give you major kudos.
