Crashing Problems

Following reasons could be:

1. PC doesn't meet game requirements

2. Mod Load Order could be wrong - FalloutNV.esm MUST be at the top.

3. Mod conflicts

4. Outdated driver - sometimes simply getting an update for a graphic card helps

5. Corrupt memory

6. Game engine exceeding mods

There are lots more reasons, but this is the best I've got.

other things...

Do you have instant messages on? Anti-virus scans not disabled? Fraps running? Windows Update on automatic?

Unimportant processes running in the background? Lots of little things that turn on or call "home" to check for updates?

And always: defrag hardrive after install, run disc cleanup to remove old files. Ccleaner is great for cleaning out old history and internet files.

I only have a simple game crash about once in every 10 hours and these games run smoothly.
