Looking for other modding communities to help me out with modeling clo

Back in the day, there used to be a modding community called teseyecandy.com but it appears to be gone at this point and I'm not really sure where to go to get advice on modeling techniques and ideas. I am working on a strip club and need ideas and some modeling tips for creating some of the outfits I'm planning. I need server girls, dancer outfits (the ones in NV just won't do as I feel that they are very ugly personally), and flapper outfits. I'd like it to fit the look and style but not look like these outfits are made out of scraps or garbage. :) Anyway, anyone know of a good modding community for this that is related to either FO:NV or Oblivion?
