ArchangelZero
Basically I'm just copying replies and changing the prompt so that the dialogue reflects the player's stats and skills more. However, when I duplicate a reply, it generates a new Voice Filename. At this time all Voice Filenames are greyed out, Select TESSound gives me a list of stuff, but no dialogue there, and double clicking on the line in the table at the bottom of the Edit Response window makes the voice over play. OK, that's a start. I must be missing something fairly obvious here, will anyone take pity on this earnest newbie and point out where I'm going wrong? Once again, I just want to point the duplicated dialogue to the original dialogue's voice clip. Cheers!
rickerhk
You have to extract the original sound clip from the voices bsa, and place it in the exact location that the new dialog line wants it to be, and rename the sound clip. In other words, you can't change the path. You have to put a copy of the sound file into the path/filename that the Geck gives you for that info.
