Armor get repaired when Equipped

Hi there,

 

I did a bit of google research but could'nt find anything that matched, so here is my problem:

 

Since my latest start of a new game every armor I equip, no matter how poorly the condition, gets automatically repaired. In more detail: I equip the armor via Pipboy, then close the Piboy. After opening the Pipboy menu again the regarding armor is in mint condition.

 

Obviously, this is something that might have been caused due to a mod. However, since this bug even occurs when no mods (other then a custom race) are activated I am guessing this is not a factor.

 

So, here's the question: Has anybody else run into this sort of problem? And if so, can this be fixed? This bug is really starting to get annoying...
