New guy has questions about mods-girls

SO first off Just wanted to say hi and that I been playing games on my PC as long as I been married to a woman who does not like to watch them played on livinng room flatscreen. SO I built me a PC and upgrade it yearly and been gaming here in my man-office since 06

 

I run win7 intel board intel i7 860 gtx285 4gb ram etc......

 

I beat fallout 3 about 5 times and just finished FNV

 

I was browsing the other forum and cannot POST what I wanted to there.

I been seeing you guys mod this game to have the girls actually look like girls. I want to completely change the look by making all the girl characters look "modern day pretty" or whatever those slutty pics are in the picture section.

How can I transform the game like this? Not that Im a goofy guy who likes animated porn I just think its cool to have slutty looking girls in my game too.

Can u point me to a walk-thru to do this? The "site bot" has sick pictures

hey I'm new here too, I'll try to help you as best as I can google fallout new vegas nexus site or in your case fallout 3 nexus site and download the FOMM ( fallout mod manager ) file and install it. After that just look for the mod files that you want on that site download it and use the FOMM to locate the mod file extract it into your game directory on your hard drive and enable the mod on your data files which can be found be in your game launcher. You should be set, fyi after you install the first mod file it should be a piece of cake from there, but you can get carried away with modding the game so make sure to back up your game saves for every mod file just to be safe.

ok so its simply download, drop and drag, and start game? Now where about are these saved files located? I know win7 hides em all over

Yes you can drag and drop the downloaded mod file into your game data directory, but I recommend you use the FOMM (fallout mod manager) it's easier and better to maintain your mod files. I too have win7 your game saves should be in Documents<My Games<Fallout NV. Some of these mod files can and will crash your game be sure to make plenty of game saves before and after your mod file. If you find a conflicting mod file be sure to delete it.
