Camera/Scope

I was wondering if someone could do these requests:

 

First can anyone make this camera angle permanent, I don't know how =\ the original camera angle puts me more off to the left, and makes firing at close range, much less accurrate.

Secondly, if anyone can make a scope like this with non-laser rifle style to it. Instead of green lines, make normal lines I mean. I like the way the scope has its design, but don't like the greenish hue, and green lines.

This is something you can select in the editor, it should be in the art and sound tab. Just find another mod that adds a weapon with a nice scope and direct it to it.

That's really the problem, I don't have another scope with this design.

I forgot how to select original ones from FNV but if you want that scope in a different colour but exactly the same then you just open it in GIMP and desaturate it or something.
