Smoking Cigerettes, and Removing Gunmods

So, there's two mods I'd like to see sometime in the future. A cigerette smoking mod, akin to the one they have for Fallout 3, though if possible without the 'Bag of Cigerettes' item.

 

Another mod I'd like to see, is one to remove gunmods. While, I'm probably crazy for suggesting such a thing. There's times where I want to remove my silencer or something. You know?

I don't really care about the cig thing.. i understand aesthetics and all that, but i think the ability to remove a gun mod is the start of a good idea. I'd take that a step further though. Couple that with additional weapon mod content that utilizes the same slots on a weapon as other mods available and customization actually becomes customization rather than a glorified linear upgrade system. Thats something i'd like to see very much.
