Is there a cheat room in New Vegas?

Can you remember the cheat room in fallout 3, the one with all the letterboxes and the hobo?

So is there one for new vegas?

If so. whats the code?

I looked around for one but i couldnt find one, you can however spawn the mailboxes with all the equipment in using the console code player.placeatme xxxxxx but with some of the boxes its just the FO3 stuff but i think the weapons and armor boxes are okay.

There's TestMentats (weird name) with a few items, some brahmin and a couple of NPCs but I always get a CTD shortly after transporting myself there. Not at all like FO3's TestQA room though. coc TestMentats if you want to try it. Edited November 22, 2010 by Rooker75

.coc DevArmory is just a blank cell name. I try it and I get a white screen.
