Pip Boy on the other side of the arm

Hi everyone, i played something like 20 minutes without any problem but after that when i opened my Pip boy screen (Tab) the pip boy simple appears on the other side of the arm, i can't see or use any of it's options, can anyone help me? I Already reinstalled the game and started the game again with another character but the problems still. Here is a SS of the problem, hope anyone can help.

Do you have any mods? Try disabling them.

Also see if you have anything in your meshes folder inside the data folder on your computer incase something is in there that may cause a problem.

 

Finally

Have you "verified the file integrity in game cache" on steam?

I use a mod that change the body of the character, but it was working normaly; i tried to load the game again some times and without any reason after some "reloads" the pip boy is back to the normal place. I'm playing now for some hours and it didin't happened again, hope that it don't happen again. Thanks for the help. =)
