Odd Waterfront Lag

Hi. Odd prob I've been having. I'ts NOT a Hardware or Basic Performance Issue. I'm not listing PC specs(Trust me, it is NOT that)

 

Simply put the game runs PERFECTLY, no lag ANYWHERE.....

...execpt the IC Waterfront.

 

Waterfront = 7 FPS

 

EVERYWHERE ELSE = 50-60 FPS

Note: I can run Q's Texture pack(in full) + Open Cities Reborn(in full) + RAEVWD all with only slight lag inside cities MIN FPS = 30

 

Video Setting Make NO Difference AT ALL

 

PICS: Both at MIN SETTINGS though at max (1920x1080 and HDR not bloom NO AA) the EXACT THING HAPPENED

 

Should be obvious but....

 

1 no lag 60 FPS just before the effect

2 7 FPS just after

 

 

NOTE 1: Stepping back does NOT FIX the prob

 

NOTE 2: the extreme lag continues even in the Menus (both Character and pause)

 

NOTE 3: The interiors do NOT Lag

Just posting this cause i'm sure other people will look this up but the problem is the archer shop mod. Sorry for the bump but this will help other people if they look up a solution to this odd problem.

Me too i got an horrible LAG at water dropping to 3 to 7 fps

Pretty sure it's just the area, guys. My computer takes steroids and it takes a hit in that area too. In that zone my FPS dips to half of everywhere else in the game.
