Enslaved Mod

The Basic concept of the Mod is Simply describable as a Story line conversion giving your character a stage early in the Game to be enslaved. The Mod will include a story line that weaves in and out of the Main story giving you a few chances to hop off the Slave story line or play the game out as a slave. And what would a Slave be with out a Bit of Action?

 

So I obviously want to Make this mod Compatible with ( if not reliant on)JoshNX's AP mod.

 

Status: I am now announcing the projects: 11/19/10.

My grasp of scripting is Limited but I will give this mod my all, Hopefully I will not have to do it alone.

 

If you interested In insisting me either as becoming part of a Mod team, or by helping me abstractly ( I will take all the help I can get) Please feel free to contact me.

The Mod begins shortly after leaving the Vault. There is one of two Introductions to the Slave story I am kicking around. But you will have a number of opertunities to enter the slave story line.

 

Introduction 1. Upon leaving the fault you hear a gun fight erupting on the road leading to springs dale. consequently Silver is fighting off a Band of Slavers and you either ignore it or jump into help.

 

If you help but fail you will be knocked out and enter the slave story line. ( where you will soon be introduced to the AP's Prostitute story line (*possibly different format* I will do my best)f you Jump in and succeed silver will lead you back to the shack and than introduce you optionally to Josh NX's AP mod) <---- As you can tell this Mod will rely a lot on being compatible with Josh's AP mod and Maybe I can work together with him... But I have not yet contacted him so Obviously there are No promises.---->

 

 

As a slave: You will have to perform a lot of errand quests For your owners. Some times this will also involve the Shoot'ehm up game play as you Owners may have you do dungeon runs to retrieve an item. Of course as a slave you have limited freedom and deviating to much from your tasks will get your head blown up ( no different from any other wasteland slave). and of course.. you'll also be prostituted regularly.

 

Storyline Interdictions: You will have a number of opportunities to earn your freedom. and hop back onto the Mian story line. Ideas I am kicking around include:

 

Megaton bomb:

Possible that at some point you will have an opportunity to be sold to Moriarty as a Slave or to Alaster Tenpenny ( who will give you as a gift to Mr.Burke) which will give you Opportunity to disarm the Bomb or to rig it to expload. with a opportunity to barter for your freedom if you wish. this will allow you to hop back on the main story line or continue as a slave.

 

If you wish to play the game out as a slave you should be able to do so, I will allow several junctions for hoping off the slave story line. a Definite junction will be in vault 112 when you find your father, who will be especially pissed off than release you and kill off your former owners.

 

The game will be a bit Harder: Most quests would be to easy if you could fast travel so as a result your fast travel feature will be disabled as a slave. Probably some quests will simply auto Fast travel you to the location of a dungeon or something they want you to go in. Also you're weapon selection will be Limited meaning you will have to fight smarter. you will also not really get to keep weapons from dungeons as your weapons will be confiscated( maybe you can get an owner that will sue you as a sidekick)so you will always start a dungeon with a weapon that makes life hard.

 

 

This means that in short there will be a complete secondary story line in this mod.

 

Secondary slave junctions may include: a surprise slaver ambush at several points in the game ( and or) Dialog with some inviduals will get you a pretty explosive device around your neck/ Maybe failing a speech challenge in Paradise falls.

 

 

 

Closing notes: Obviously this mod will be a Huger undertaking as it requires a lot of NPC altering and a bit of new content to go with it. so I will regularly attempt to post Updates. If people are interested in this mod I might stand a chance of putting together a team.

Hey, i find it interesting, but you really should make it to new vegas then port to fallout 3 if you want because thats what people are playing now.

 

About the idea of having a specific weapon on the locations, aweasome, but would you be able to get the guns from the enemys? Also instead of your slavers simply giving you any weapon they wish they could give to option to pick one, so it would be up to the players way of fighting.

I also like the idea for F3, not everyone gone over to FNV because of steam.

But I think you should make it for any one at any level. I have played small sections of mods where you are a slave for a time and they definitely give the player a different perspective on the game. I played one where the player had a shock collar on, not an exploding one, so getting to far away from your slaver controller would result in incapacitating shocks leaving you on the ground and you had to wait for the slaver to get close enough to stop the shocking.

So far your idea sounds good and I would like to see it reach fruition. I would definitely give a mod as you described a play.
