Mod Sugestion: Fallout after Ending

Hi,

 

i am not a modder, therefore i do not know if such a mod (description follows) is possible and requested or desirable.

 

Is it possible, to make a mod witch takes place after the fight of the Hoover Dam?

 

If RNK wins and beats the Legion, a "legion-free" New Veges controlled by RNK, with all the consequences.

 

or

 

If Legion wins, a Legion controlled New Vegas with slavery and slave-trade. captured RNK-outposts. Pershaps a little RNK-resistance.

 

and other possible endings. like player-controlled Vegas

 

Would this be too much work, or impossible?

And are there interested players?

If its anything like FO3, wait half a year and they will put out fallout new vegas broken steel which will increase the cap to 40 and change the ending and charge us for it.

Its not exactly a problem really, I mean at level 30 I found I could go toe to toe with Deathclaws and easily win.

 

After the ending I found I really wanted to play a different character. (It takes me roughly 40 hours every build from start to finish). But as one of the above posters says, in probably half a year Obsidian will release a better quality "Play after the story" DLC that extends the main plotline.
