More Weaponds Less Modifications

I want to know why you modificate weapond and why you dont create new ???

I see this great mod

But i want to have and my weapons from fallout new vegas,,,why someone create and dont make "skins"!!!!

Uhh... Okay, not sure I caught all that, but here goes. People create mods making new guns with the same old textures from the vanilla game because it's easier than retexturing it, or making a new texture from scratch. Those that do make custom textures are sometimes highly skilled... and sometimes not. You could try asking around for someone to make some custom textures for the guns you want, but you would probably be better off getting somebody to teach you how to do it yourself. That way, you can make it exactly how YOU want it. As for big weapon packs, what kind of weapons? Balanced, slightly unbalanced, or Totally Cheated?

Sure thing, man. Here you go, although the first two are REALLY unbalanced, the third is kinda balanced. And it has a working Tranquilizer Gun!

Can you find any tutorias for a basic create a weapon like a simple pistol

from the begin till end...that would be great!!

EDIT:I want to create like take a 9mm pistol texture and change the from but i want to have and 9mm weapon and my custom weapon something like that i dont want to overwrite the "real" weapons o fallout!!
