cant see anything when in game

so i recently bought the game of the year edition (the one that comes with shivering isles and knights of the nine)

at first i just installed the game (whithout SI and KotN)

then i remembered that it came with those so i installed them

now all that i can see is a blue or black screen. i still have my hud but i cant see any ppl, buildings, ground, sky, ect.

i tryed taking them off of the data files but that didnt work

i tryed reinstaling the whole game but that didnt work

i even tryed starting a new character but still the same

When you reinstall try deleting all of your oblivion .ini files in your "documents\my games\oblivion" folder since when you reinstall it keeps these files
