^ Theoretically it is impossible. When the game.. or any program, loads, it looks for the resources and assets that it needs to run. In this case you must remember, a mod is basically another program, mods are not available on console cause it needs to be added to the list of stuff the program uses to run, we can't do that without a modified console or some secret special way I am unaware of. In this case, the mods are resources, so the program (FONV) searches for them before loading, that's why sometimes it crashes or has incompatibilities, stuff got messed up in the loading process. If you can figure out a way to refresh the whole game, or restart it via script, THEN you might be able to have it work, but who wants their game restarting randomly due to a random script?
