Archive invalidation not working?

I had to use the ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated! exe. The one in FOMM didn't work for me.

Steam/Bethesda/Obsidian broke it in one of the updates, you have to go into the default.ini and adjust the order of it in there. I forget the details, a search should bring it up though.

I am having a similar issue, at first it wouldn't turn off, id correctly toggle archive invalidation yet when I opened the tools tab again it'd still be turned on, and now the same is happening but it wont turn back on :/

Could really use someone to fix my ''schoolboy error''.

(I do not know how I turned it off, I used it with it 'permanently on' only earlier today and it worked fine, I then installed 2 mods [sortomatic and Sortomatic Safehouses] and afterwards it was 'permanently off'.)

cure all of your archive invalidation problems by using permanent archive invalidation.

In the mod below, halfway down the page, it gives instructions for permanent archive invalidation. follow the instructions and change the three ini files and drop the bsa into your data folder and you'll never have to mess with it again:

just disregard the body replacer if its not your thing.
