What MOD prevents the Landsmeet to commence?

Hi everyone!

Say, I need some assistance in regards to the Landsmeet not commencing, after the Alienage and Orphanage Quests, with any and all of the MODS installed?!? Does anyone know which MOD prevents that from occurring? I tried to backstep by uninstalling each MOD seperately and restarting the saved game, but to no avail: Given that I ended up uninstalling all of the MODS and still Eamon says, "There is still more to do before the Landsmeet......" The problem is that I have essentially done everything there is to do to get to that point?!? I have missed nothing. Obviously you cannot get to the Landsmeet without first completing all of the quest? Can some assist me? Thank you.

Never heard of any mods that prevented the Landsmeet's firing. The Wiki says the following:

"[unrest in the Alienage] At the end of the Tevinter Warehouse you will encounter a large battle with a blood mage and a bunch of his minions...

After completing the quest, head back to Arl Eamon's estate and show him the Slave Papers. You have to do this if you plan to use Loghain selling elves to slavers as evidence in the Landsmeet. If you do not show the papers to Eamon, this will be considered a false unsupported claim and will work against you.

[Royal Palace] After completing the last quest. A new icon appears on the Denerim City Map. And you can travel to the Royal Palace where the Landsmeet is held. Traveling there starts the next part of this quest line..."

So maybe Eamon says "There is still more to do..." because you haven't shown him the papers, or because you haven't gone to the Gnawed Noble to try to convince some of them to support you based on what you found in Howe's dungeons. But it looks like you should still be able to just travel to the Royal Palace and start the confrontation with Loghain that way.
