Healing Spells do Nothing in Perkus Maximus

[Tajjara]

I recently started using Perkus Maximus, and I am having an issue with Restoration spells. Any spell that is meant to give me health does not work. The sound and animation plays, and it consumes my magicka, but no health is restored. All other spells work as intended, just not healing spells. I don't know if it's an incompatibility or what. I've let LOOT do my load order, and followed any instructions I found about specific placements in the order. I've also run the patcher.
