Zoom glitch

So yeah, my Skyrim gets stuck in Zoom when I press tab, and I can't escape that mod. It has to have something to do with my pref logs, which I recently change to change my graphics because my launcher wont work. when I start a new game on Skyrim it is zoomed like that too, and all mods are disabled. Anyways, I'll post my pref logs and hopefully someone can tell me what to change...

Your prefs. don't matter, your FOV is messed up, I had this exact issue and found on a skyrim photography guide how to fix it. To fix it open your command console (~ by default) and type in "FOV <Value>" Value being what your FOV preference is. Default skyrim FOV is 65.
