What happens on mine is that up to 99% there is this very faint shimmer (Ancotar in Zero Visibilty quest is the same). At 100% I am just not there. I suspect the shimmer might be easier to see in some lightings than others but I never use chameleon at less than 100% so I can't say. I haven't noticed any perceptible difference on chameleon 25/55/75% either on my character or to NPCs using chameleon against me. As Bethesda short-changed us on almost everything else (at least compared to MW) I find it had to imagine they introduced 'stages' of chameleon for the observer. To me, my character and NPCs look the same whether 5% or 95%. But that could be down to my eyesight. Not sure why you disappear Babar. Maybe that ring has a bug. Can others still see you? With 100% they cannot and therefore cannot fight back. Personally I find 100 Chameleon a cheat and only use it when investigating for my 'guidebook' or fed up to the back teeth closing Oblivion gates at level 52. babarium Posted September 8, 2006 Author Share Posted September 8, 2006 well i had some problems with installing ati official driver ( on load the game and computer would crash ... wierd also ,) ) then i reinstalled the omega ati driver(after a little driver cleaning of course :) ) and now it seems that it works :) i can now 'see' my character even with this chameleon spell babar (now happy to play more than ever ,) )) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
