Help please

Hello I am having a issue with Oblivion

 

Whenever I talk to a NPC they always start the conversation with "Your trespassing! I warned you and now the guards are coming to arrest you!"

 

I am not trespassing though and the guards aren't actually after me. I can also continue with the conversation like normal

 

This proves to be a serious issue because I cannot join the dark brothergood "lucien starts conversation by saying that instead of his norm and then goes to normal conversation" and I cannot do any quest that requires dialouge at the begging of conversation.

 

Help would be appreciated. Thanks

I think you have a bad mod or mod combination somewhere. I suggest that you systematically deactivate large groups of mods until the problem goes away. When it does, you will know the problem mod is in the last set of mods you deactivated. Activate and deactive mods from that group until you know which single mod ruins your game. Then deal with that mod with extreme prejudice.
