Is what I currently have for my load order, and the OBMM conflict detector keeps saying that the only things in conflict are female idle animation/DMC Stylish - Specialanims and DLCFrostcrag/Knights. I have Archive Invalidated, I have obse, and I have reinstalled both the game and the mods.... What could I be doing wrong?

Are you running Oblivion on Windows Vista/Windows 7 with Oblivion installed into the default directory (i.e. C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion)? If so, the Windows UAC is the problem. Install Oblivion to a custom directory outside of Program Files (like C:\Games) and that should resolve the issue.
