CredibleJoe
Hey. Not sure if this has come up before, but I can't find anything of this ilk in the nexus, so I thought I'd pipe up about it.I understand that they do this to avoid overlays and overlapping problems, but I'd enjoy to have my hair completely unaltered while wearing a white glove society mask. It irritates me how it shrinks whenever a cap or mask is worn. Thoughts, opinions, categorical denials?
LordNanfoodle
That annoys me as well. I wish they did what they do with glasses and and bandannas, or create models compensate fore bangs (if that is the reason they give the generic shrunken dome hair to things as minute as White Glove masks and the 1st Recon Beret). Honestly, I'm saddened by either the general lack of hair mods or the incompatibility of hair mods with other hair mods or face/body types. Another idea would be to streamline the hair mods to get around the incompatibility issues. I hope the next Fallout game Bethesda/Oblivion learn to add more hair types... long hair types... less mohawk-y hair types... This is Fallout, not Mad Max. CredibleJoe
This one's pretty good Sir Nanfoodle. Downloaded it yesterday. Oh, and if it isn't too much trouble, it'd be cool to include this mod in any modifications or tweaks.
CredibleJoe
Hey, I just thought of how easy this could be (If my understanding of modding is correct) Put masks and hats under the eyeglasses category(?). Removing the pointless straps that float over your head with the masks would go a long way towards making it all a little better. Other comments, insults, or categorical denials? DeadYorick
I hope the next Fallout game Bethesda/Oblivion learn to add more hair types... long hair types... less mohawk-y hair types... This is Fallout, not Mad Max. Long hair is a determent. It is more of a weakness in a constant warfare style environment. The least of which involves things like hair pulling which will most likely immobilize the target if done properly. This is stuff from the zombie survival guide of all places. Fallout was inspired by Mad Max. The Raiders wearing bondage gear and having colorful hair, the leather armor having one sleeve, dogmeat, and the various other quotes that are direct parallels. Even some achievements in New Vegas are references to it. Like "You run barter town" and "Blast Mastery" Also, Oblivion did have long hair types, even for males. Or do you mean long hair past your shoulders type which would likely never happen due to clipping issues with equipment. curme
At least they could make the hairstyle turn into a bun, pony tail, or something instead of completely disappearing.
