So I installed these mods

PS: Veronica fix and Sweet Veronica made me crashed so I left Sweet Veronica out

 

So I started a new game, and when I used VATS, the screen became all fuzzy and it was very dissapointing because I loved VATS.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue? It happened after I installed these mods.
