It was a mod for FO3 that just disappered one day though, I was thinking maybe someone should remake it or bring it back, it looked abolutely hilarious. If I remember correctly it was stephen in his blue suit and he would show up and beat you enemies to a bloody mess with an American flag on a flag pole, modders of course if you do make this you could also have him use an eagle to beat people senseless, maybe a retex of the raven and make it into a insta kill weapon. idk I was watching him and just remembered that.
