Python and Wyre Bash

Okay, here is my setup:

Windows 7 (64) UAC off

4 gig Ram

What version of Python should I be using?

I have several and noticed that if I use any other than 03a then Wrye Bash 290 doesn't work.

I am using Pluggy and OBSE for some modes

Along with the Stutter remover and fast exit mods (also the All-in-one COBL basement - so yes Cobl)

Wyre Python 03a contains more than just a simple Python installation. It also installs several other libraries for Python that Wrye Bash needs in order to run.
