devinpatterson
a swinging chain thats slightly faster than the sledge hammer, but slightly less damage I think the main problem is we don't have any good animations for a chain/whip/flail etc. I suspect it would break any immersion to have it wielded like a rigid weapon. TheBlob2
i remember this flail mod from oblivion that has the sort of animations the chain would have. and since oblivion and new vegas use the same animation format, it might be possible to convert it
devinpatterson
i remember this flail mod from oblivion that has the sort of animations the chain would have. and since oblivion and new vegas use the same animation format, it might be possible to convert it Couple things you want to keep in mind. You don't want to use an oblivion animation in fallout, some people have been banned for it, and it's against the rules (one copyrighted game asset in another copyrighted game). I wish it wasn't hte case, but that is the situation. However a animator can make a new kf. Second, I *believe* both the one handed melee and two handed melee animation slots are all used in fallout, so to make a new one is going to, in effect, have to be replacer.
