Sebyl
Hello. I recently have been retexturing things like clothing and armor, and decided to move on to retexturing creatures.... I copied a creature's .NIF, renamed it, copied and renamed the texture, editted the texture, applied the texture to the mesh, made a new creature listing in the toolset. No problems until it came to animations. I had mentally crossed my fingers, and hoped that the old animations would be able to be reapplied to the new mesh somehow. However, that was not the case. In fact, the button to add animations at all is greyed out. My ancient copy of 3D studio curled up and died when it saw Win XP, also killing any possibility of creating new animations with it. So, my question: is there any way I can get my creature to accept any animations from the previous creature, and how, if the button is greyed out? Or is the creature destined to be a lovely sort of non-moving decorative statue? Thank you in advance, Seb
