A Showcase for Game-Related Videos

As a person who has made a few videos of Oblivion and FO3 while trying to show the coolness of other users' mods, I have thought for a while that it would be nice if there was some place, like the Image Share section, where people could upload their videos, OR post links that appear in little windows like on mod pages that link directly to the Youtube page, with maybe comments underneath or something like that, like there is with the images section. The idea of Nexus-exclusive videos is kinda neat, though, but perhaps impractical and not as useful globally. I've directed I-don't-know-how-many-people here through my OBGE video (22K have watched it in the last 9 months and read at least some of the comments *I hope*). Youtube is useful for that.

 

As far as strains on the site goes, I understand videos are far larger than pictures to upload, but they must be pretty rare, comparatively. Maybe the little linking windows would be more practical, like on the mod pages.

 

For mod-discovery's sake, I've founda lot of cool mods by watching videos first...when I can find them. Youtube's a big place and the list of Top Mods For X-Game are seemingly endless. Having the videos on a mod's page doesn't help in this case, because I've already found the mod at that point (though of course it can help a bit in deciding at that point).

 

And besides, watching videos of people's mods is really fun, imo, just like looking at people's in-game photographs. :yes:
