Shop is never open

First of all, sorry if I'm asking this in the wrong place.

 

((So, hi. I've been looking everywhere for information about this possible bug/glitch, I found a few mentions of something like I had but nothing worked for me.))

 

THE PROBLEM

Colovian Traders in Skingrad is never open. Always red door, locked. I had broken in once. The shopkeeper Gunder is well and alive and always shouts that I'm tresspassing. I read somewhere to select him and type "evp" that shows me "Package Travel".(unfortunately, that's all I was able to find)

 

What I've done: Waited with "wait" function. Waited like 20+ in game days, roaming around. Used "Set GameHour to xx" command, trying out different hours of day.

And yes, I have used "set timescale to xx" and it didn't mess up any other shop.

 

Any help, or at least reassurance that I broke my game and it's unfixable, is very appreaciated.

I am having the same issue. Though after picking the lock and being rushed by Gunder, I can interact with him normally. Despite this "fix", it still breaks the immersion for me. Here is my mod-list.
