Ranger battle armor reinforced MK 2

Hi people, my idea for a mod is like the title says, Fallout New Vegas version of the good old Reilly's Rangers combat armor from Fallout 3 in reinforced MK 2 look.

 

The stats would be the same as NV Combat Armor MK2 , but in other colors (black,gray,red, green...), and it would be cool if it could look like its new not old (broken).

 

This are the stats:

ARMOR

DT: 20

item HP: 650

weight: 25

value: 8000

repair: Combat armor

AP +5, LK +1,Guns +10

 

HELM

DT: 5

item HP: 100

weight: 2.50

value: 1500

repair: Combat helmets

Night Vision

 

I hope you like the idea , and suggest some effects for the helm my idea is night vision.

I think that stats are not overpowerd and that this armor would be really cool,it would be nice alternative to too much used Ranger combat armor.

I would mod it myself but i really dont know how to use GECK.

Btw modders do 10+ on NV gr8 job you guys.
