TheLonePhantom Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 I'd like to be able to buy a small piece of land and build a small cabin in Riverwood; as with the Hearthfire estates, but have it be restricted to a small one room house. I have no modding skills and sadly cannot do this myself. If some modder finds this to be a good idea and makes it, huzzah, if not, quite understandable.
