Note sidequest guide

I think it would be really helpful to have some sort of markup on the notes, identifying notes involving an unmarked sidequest or indicating notes that are useful in general.

 

For example I can never remember what to sell to whom and where to go to get that special item. It's in the notes, but as there are no option to delete old unusable notes, they tend to drawn among the others.

 

So something that can indicate on your Pip-Boy that this notes does that.
