Skyrim mod need help!

Het every one im new at making mods but ive been practising. I have an idea to start and expand the Oblivion world. To make Morrowind, Skyrim, Valenwood and so on. At the moment im going to start on Skyrim because ive heard someone was making a Morrowind mod so if anyone can help me make this mod i will be in your dept. Thanks!!! :D
