Port Request: Remove Labial Lines

Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to port from fallout 3 a mod that removes the labial lines from around the mouth. It worked perfectly for FO3 because the character was supposed to be young. I know in NV you can be old, but the young characters still have that annoying labial line.

 

I definitely don't know how to make mods, but this one seems like it might be simple to port over (if porting is simple, I don't know)

It doesn't need to be ported, just download it from the old site and throw it on. Still works because the kept 99% of Fallout 3's texture work.
